Privacy

This page explains what data Nadeflow collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. The data controller is the publisher of Nadeflow, reachable at nadeflowgg@gmail.com.

Data we collect

If you create an account

• your username, your password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and your email address if you give one;
• if you sign in with Discord or Google: your ID there, and the email and avatar they send us;
• what you add to your profile: avatar, description, crosshair, team;
• what you post or do on the site: lineups, video links, executes, votes, collection, reports, quiz scores.

For everyone

• your IP address, used as an anti-abuse counter (too many login attempts, reports…) and deleted within 24 hours;
• the host's technical logs (IP address, page requested, date), handled by Vercel;
• if you use the Discord bot: your Discord ID and username, for quiz scores.

Why

• to run your account and the features you use;
• to protect the site from abuse (spam, repeated login attempts);
• to moderate published content (reports, suspensions);
• to send you account emails (password reset, email change).

Nadeflow shows no ads, sells no data and uses no analytics tool that tracks you across sites.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies it needs to work, which don't require your consent:

• cs2_session: keeps you logged in;
• nadeflow_lang: remembers your language.

Videos come from YouTube, Medal or Streamable. YouTube videos load in privacy-enhanced mode. When you play a video, these services may set their own cookies, under their own rules.

Who receives this data

No one but the publisher and the technical providers the site needs:

• Vercel (website hosting);
• Supabase (database and files);
• Resend (sending emails);
• Discord and Google, only if you use them to sign in.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

• account and content: as long as your account exists. You can delete it yourself from your account settings, and your lineups are deleted with it;
• IP addresses in anti-abuse counters: 24 hours at most;
• password reset links: until they expire;
• moderation history (suspensions, decisions on reports): one year.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, get a copy of it, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to nadeflowgg@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Under 15

If you are under 15, you need a parent's permission to create an account.
